Privacy & Confidentiality
Your deal flow. Kept confidential.
Pitch decks, investment criteria and internal discussions can contain sensitive information. We agree how that information is accessed, processed and retained before your pilot begins.

Your materials and investment criteria
We use the decks, models, investment criteria, past decisions and internal notes you share to deliver your agreed pilot or system. This may include generating reports, evaluating results and refining the screening rubric with your feedback. We also use your contact details to manage the engagement.
Access and confidentiality
We treat your deal materials and internal discussions as confidential. Before work begins, we agree who can access them within your team, and within the Blood & Treasure team. Any access needed for research, evaluation or support is included in that scope. We do not publish your materials.
AI processing and external research
We agree the AI and research providers used for your engagement, including their training settings, retention terms and the information sent to them. External research queries may disclose context from a deal, so we define what may be included. Zero retention and restrictions on provider training must be confirmed for the selected setup; they are not blanket promises for every deployment.
Separation between clients
Your fund’s materials, criteria and feedback are not shared with other clients or used to refine another client’s system without your permission. The technical separation, storage and access controls for your deployment are agreed before implementation.
Chat with Enki
Before enabling live voice, we agree whether audio is recorded, whether transcripts and summaries are saved, who can access them and how long they are retained. Recording and storage arrangements are disclosed before use. The prepared demonstration on this site does not access your microphone or record audio.
Connected systems
Inbox, CRM and document connections are scoped with your team. We agree which records the system may access, whether it can write back, and how access can be revoked. Connecting a system does not grant permission to use unrelated information.
Retention and deletion
We agree retention periods and an end-of-engagement process before the pilot or build begins. This covers uploaded materials, generated reports, evaluation records and any voice data. You can request deletion using the contact below. We explain any limits involving backups, required records or copies held in your own connected systems.
Ownership and sharing
You and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of the materials supplied. Ownership and permitted use of generated reports, custom software and configurations are set out in the engagement agreement. Share only materials you are authorized to provide. We do not forward your materials, reports or internal assessments to founders, other investors or other clients without your authorization, except where disclosure is required by law.
Agreed controls and incident response
The engagement agreement records the confidentiality commitments and controls for your deployment, including provider arrangements, access, retention and incident reporting. Before launch, we agree how your team will be notified of a security incident affecting its information. Contact us below with privacy questions, deletion requests or suspected incidents.
